Valerie Jarrett, a senior adviser to Obama’s presidential campaign and a member of his finance committee. Jarrett is the chief executive of Habitat Co., which managed Grove Parc Plaza from 2001 until this winter and co-managed an even larger subsidized complex in Chicago that was seized by the federal government in 2006, after city inspectors found widespread problems.
Interesting. The above video shows exactly what Jarrett is–a slumlord.

The proof is in the pudding. And Jerry, I appreciate knowing what these units were scheduled to be……torn down. Jarrett was going to make a fortune with the Olympics. Crooks, Obama is surrounded by some real-time Chicago style crooks.

Sounds like this idea of privatizing everything is a failure. I guess we have to turn the public housing function over to government again.

It is important to remember that “Jarrett is Obama is Jarrett.”
This video is a great insight into the failure of tax-money involvement in sectors where private investments should prevail.
And it is a deep indictment of Jarrett/Obama and what they have planned for America.
What we see here is not the work of the Free Market or Capitalism as the commenters that are pro-socialism are trying to say. Why they would demean what they see in the video is strange, as they are endorsing it with their support of Obama and Jarrett.
